I have been a teacher for nine months in Hispania and I have learned a lot here. First, I started as an A1 and A2 teacher. I had different groups during the week and I combined lessons with training meetings for us teachers. This school provides long-term training for teachers that include lesson observation and feedback meetings in which teachers can learn from others. After four months in the school, I took an evaluation exam to become B1 and B2 teacher. Since then, from February to July, I have been teaching different groups from different levels and I kept attending training meetings and observations. The groups in Hispania are very flexible, so I learned to adapt to new students almost every week and I developed really good skills to look for new useful materials for my lessons. Apart from the 30 hours of lessons per week, I dedicate 10 more to creating and looking for new materials and developing weekly plans for the groups.
