● Excelling my methodology as a pedagogue, I worked with adult students between the ages of seventeen and sixty-eight years old between the levels of Beginner and C1. ● Throughout the year 2023, I played a big role in the programming and delivery of the social activities, like Pub Nights and School Workshops (TED Talks and Discussions, Writing workshop, Phrasal Verbs Workshop, etc.) for General English courses. ● In January 2024 I became the Erasmus Activities Coordinator of the school. In this role, I was scheduling, leading and delivering the activities Erasmus + students attended during their stay in Galway. ● Later, in May 2024 the school welcomed a group of young adults (Curio) between the ages of seventeen and twenty-three for three weeks. I was in charge of the afternoon social activities which englobed amongst others: scavenger hunts, walking tours and language games. Besides, I also taught General English to some of them in the morning classes. ● In view of the positive results and feedback, the school offered me the position of Young Adult Programme Coordinator for the summer 2024. Hence, during the month of June 2024, I was in charge of the reviewing and updating of the past courses’ content and planning of the timetables and allocation of teachers. These groups of students enrolled in three different courses: Study Skills at University, Climate Change awareness and Global Citizenship. In addition to facilitating this, I also had the great opportunity to teach every course to the students between the ages of fourteen and eighteen. Furthermore, I was also responsible for the scheduling and delivery of the afternoon activities and made sure every student felt accepted, included and at ease within their groups. ● Taught Academic and General IELTS to adult learners, helping them improve their skills in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
